A blog by a PhD student in Monash University, Sunway Campus (Malaysia). The focus of the research is on the monetisation of blogs - how will the increased means of making money via blogs affect blogging in Malaysia?

The blog is an experiment in blog ethnography - by maintaining a blog, and participating in blogging activity both on and offline, the researcher is trying to carry out participant observation in the more conventional manner while at the same time using the blog for fieldnotes and inviting feedback from bloggers in Malaysia (and elsewhere) on his observations and tentative conclusions.
