Metamedia is the blog of Randy Thornton, currently (Spring 2007) an Instructional Technologist at the University of Puget Sound.

A former academic, teaching Asia and postmodern Philosophy, including media and technology studies, and also a former corporate information systems professional, he writes on issues arising from technology used in higher education pedagogy. He works extensively in supporting faculty in using Web 2.0 based tools for teaching.
